Autopflege Aria’s Online Service Journey
By Ardijan Curi
Problem
Professional vehicle care covers a range of services, from restoring paintwork to protecting wheels and preparing a vehicle for lease return. Without a clear online structure, customers can struggle to see which service matches their needs.
Autopflege Aria needed a website that could present this range with the same care that goes into the vehicles themselves, while keeping the route to a tailored enquiry straightforward.
Oninova's Approach
At Oninova, we designed the experience around a simple decision path: understand the service, view the quality of the work, and make contact when ready. Each part of the site supports that path without overwhelming the visitor.
We used a premium visual direction and concise German-language content to let the services remain the focus. The result is a site that feels considered but stays practical for everyday visitors.
Product Experience
The site introduces key offerings such as paint finishing, ceramic coating, wheel coating, scratch and dent removal, interior care, window tinting, and lease-return preparation. Dedicated service pages give every offering its own explanation and imagery.
A showroom gallery helps visitors connect the service list to real-looking outcomes, while the contact area makes it easy to request an individual offer. Together, these elements guide a customer from first impression to first conversation.
Technical Approach
We delivered a responsive, component-based web experience that keeps the navigation, content, and contact journey consistent across the site. This gives the business a flexible foundation for presenting services and visual work as the website evolves.
The focus stayed on a fast, clear browsing experience rather than unnecessary complexity. Motion and image-led sections add character while keeping the content easy to scan.
Challenges
The main design challenge was balancing a high-end showroom feel with clear information. A visual-first site still needs to help people compare services and know what to do next.
We addressed this by pairing strong imagery with focused service descriptions and clear calls to action. This keeps the atmosphere polished without hiding the practical details customers need.
Lessons Learned
For service businesses, trust begins before the first call. A well-organized website can show attention to detail, make the value of specialist work easier to understand, and set the tone for a better customer conversation.
The strongest digital experiences do not try to say everything at once. They make the most relevant information available at the moment a visitor needs it.
Next Steps
The new site provides a solid place to keep growing the online presentation of Autopflege Aria’s work. New visual examples and service updates can be added without changing the simple customer journey at the centre of the experience.
